Store Policy

• Exchanges: Accepted within 3 days of delivery.

• Returns: Accepted within 1 day of delivery (excluding tailored items).

• Tailored Products: No returns or exchanges. Adjustments allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Production & Shipping: Estimated time is 2–4 weeks.

• الإرجاع: خلال يوم واحد من الاستلام (باستثناء المنتجات التفصيل).

• المنتجات التفصيل: لا يمكن إرجاعها أو استبدالها. يمكن إجراء التعديلات خلال ٢٤ ساعة فقط من وقت الطلب.

• مدة الإنتاج والشحن: من ٢ إلى ٤ أسابيع (تقديريًا).
